LUXURY PARKSIDE LIVING MEETS A RARE QUALITY OF ARCHITECTURE
DESIGN
An Architectural & Urban
Design Collaboration
A TRANQUIL INNER
CITY COMMUNITY
The 26 townhouse community has been sensitively designed to integrate with the local neighbourhood, as well as harmonising with the existing context of Christchurch’s wider architectural character and its established urban form. The spacial arrangement and orientation of each townhouse has been carefully designed to maximise views and sunlight, whilst ensuring that privacy is not compromised.
Each residence will have its own private garden areas and access to the internal courtyard. A mixed typology of two and three storey buildings, varied in design and size, reflects the emerging desire for a more efficient and sustainable medium density urban lifestyle.
“The design delivers a cohesive, yet varied composition of high quality domestic scaled architectural forms with a traditional familiarity, which blends well with the existing local context, complementing the scale and character of the surrounding urban environment.”
